Common questions about NineReach

Answers that apply across all product lines; for product specifics, see the product FAQs below.

Which sellers can apply for NineReach funding services?
Services are open to cross-border e-commerce sellers: businesses or individual merchants (mainland China entities preferred) selling on Amazon, Temu, AliExpress, Shopee and other major platforms. Each line has its own scale and volume requirements — large, long-horizon needs fit Merchant Finance; payout-cycle turnover fits Payout Advance; small flexible turnover fits FundPath. Final approval is subject to risk assessment.
Why do I need to authorize Payroad to sync my store transaction data? Is it safe?
All three product lines assess credit on real transaction volume settled through Payroad — operating data replaces traditional collateral and guarantees, so asset-light sellers can obtain limits that match their scale. Data is used only for risk assessment and service delivery; see the Privacy Policy for handling details.
Who provides the funding? How is fund safety ensured?
Credit services on this site are provided by licensed partner institutions; limits and rates are subject to final approval and nothing on this site constitutes an offer. Funds move through Payroad's payment rails, with application, disbursement and repayment fully traceable. See Compliance and Rates & Fees for details.
How do NineReach, Payroad and the three product lines fit together?
NineReach organizes its business in three layers — terminal, funds, then credit: the trusted AI terminal (coming soon) will carry sellers' daily operations; the Payroad funds layer runs global collections, global acquiring and currency exchange under Hong Kong license; and the NineReach credit layer — Merchant Finance, Payout Advance and FundPath — absorbs funding needs stage by stage. See About Us for the brand architecture.
How do I choose the right product line?
Choose by funding need: large, long-horizon needs such as peak-season stocking, multi-store expansion and overseas warehouse build-out fit Merchant Finance; promo advertising spend, operating-cost advances and short-term turnover within platform payout cycles fit Payout Advance; and light, flexible turnover for new sellers after their first transactions — and across the whole operating cycle — fits FundPath. You can also submit an application on the product page and let risk assessment match a plan for you.
What is NineReach's three-layer business architecture?
NineReach is organized in three layers — terminal, funds, then credit: the trusted AI terminal (coming soon) is the unified Windows seller terminal, set to carry batch listing, translation and image cutout in daily operations; the Payroad funds layer operates under Hong Kong license, providing global collections, global acquiring and currency exchange; and the NineReach credit layer — Merchant Finance, Payout Advance and FundPath — underwrites jointly on real payout flows and terminal operating behavior. See About Us for details.
Does using the terminal require data authorization?

Task processing: the Cloud AI Edition runs tasks on cloud computing, uploading de-identified data after opt-in; the Local Edition offers on-device NPU inference with data kept local; the Flagship Edition's compute and data-handling configuration is subject to the product launch page.

Credit authorization: terminal behavioral data authorization is an optional credit-enhancement item — separately opted into and independently revocable at any time; operating and payout data authorization is required for credit assessment, and revocation procedures during its term are not committed to.

Will not buying a terminal affect my loan application?
No. Buying a terminal and applying for credit are independent — the terminal is a trusted data-capture and productivity device, not a lending prerequisite; device activity is only a credit-enhancement factor, and not buying one does not affect eligibility.

Product FAQs

High-frequency questions by product line

The entries below are referenced from each product page and share the same answers there.

Merchant Finance

How high can the credit line go?
Base lines are set by business scale and Payroad flow, up to the tens of millions (CNY); qualified enterprises can be raised further.
What terms are available?
Multiple term tiers at 3, 6, 12 and 24 months, with repayment options matched to your cash-flow rhythm.
Is collateral or a guarantee required?
Underwriting centers on operating data and transaction credit; most enterprises need no additional collateral, subject to approval.
Can I repay early?
Yes — settle early with no penalty; the line restores immediately for revolving use.
What is the credit line assessed on?
Assessment cross-checks two kinds of evidence: real payouts settled through Payroad as the strong financial signal, and operating-behavior data as the strong behavioral signal — together setting a line matched to your scale. See About Us for the three-layer structure.

Payout Advance

How high can my line go?
Initial lines are set by Payroad flow, up to the millions (CNY); multi-store sellers can be raised further.
What terms can I choose?
Terms match platform payout cycles by default, with 7-, 14- and 30-day options.
Which platforms are supported?
Amazon, Temu, AliExpress, Shopee and other major platforms, with the list continuously expanding.
Do I repay manually?
No — repayment is auto-deducted at maturity with no manual action; whether flexible options such as revenue sharing are available depends on the specific product and agreement.
How do I repay? Is flexible revenue-based repayment supported?
At maturity the system automatically deducts repayment — no manual action needed. Flexible repayment options such as revenue sharing depend on the specific product and your agreement.

FundPath

How is my initial limit set?
It is underwritten from your Payroad store flow, typically ranging from a few thousand up to several hundred thousand; authorizing multiple stores can combine and raise it. The final limit is subject to approval.
How does interest work?
Interest accrues by the days actually borrowed — it starts on the day you draw and stops on the day you repay, and unused limit stays free. Your exact rate will be confirmed before any drawdown, subject to approval.
Can I borrow multiple times?
Yes. You can hold multiple draws at once within your limit, and each repayment instantly restores that portion — the line revolves without reapplying.
Where do the funds go?
Straight to your linked Payroad account, ready for payments, fees, and transfers for business use.
Can I apply without buying a terminal?
Yes. You can apply without buying a terminal — qualified sellers with a steady level of operating flow can apply for credit independently.
